Cancellation and Refund Policy

At SoloSecurities Talent, we strive to provide the best learning, internship, and mentorship experience. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any program or booking a session.
1. No Cancellation Policy
- Once an internship, mentor session, program, or webinar has been purchased, cancellations are not permitted.
- Please review program details, mentor profiles, schedules, and inclusions carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once access to program materials, dashboards, mentor sessions, or other deliverables has been granted.
- If you experience technical issues that prevent access to your purchased services, contact our support team and we will work to resolve them promptly.
- In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or charges in clear error), refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of SoloSecurities.
3. Rescheduling
- If a live training session or mentor session is rescheduled by SoloSecurities or the mentor, participants will be informed in advance and offered an alternate slot.
- In case of personal scheduling conflicts on your side, access to recorded sessions (where applicable) will be provided in lieu of attendance.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
- Where an exceptional refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Applicable transaction fees, taxes, or non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
