All SoloSecurities Talent services — internships, mentor sessions, programs, and certificates — are delivered digitally. This policy explains how and when you receive access to what you purchase.

1. Digital Product Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, access to your enrolled internship or program is provisioned to your registered account on our platform.
  • For mentor sessions and live training, joining details are shared via email and your dashboard ahead of the scheduled time.
  • Downloadable materials (assignments, briefs, offer letters, certificates) are made available within your user dashboard.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Instant access is granted for self-paced internships and programs upon payment confirmation.
  • Live session and mentor booking links are typically shared at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Certificates for successfully completed programs are issued within 7 business days of meeting all completion criteria.
  • Offer letters, where applicable, are generated automatically after enrollment and may be downloaded from the dashboard.

3. Shipping Costs

  • As all services are digital, no physical shipping is involved and no shipping charges apply.

4. International Access

  • Our digital services are accessible globally, provided you have a stable internet connection and a supported browser.
  • Some regions may have restrictions on accessing specific content due to local regulations; we are not responsible for access limitations imposed by your jurisdiction.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive access after a successful payment, please check the email associated with your account (including spam folders) and log into your dashboard. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your transaction reference.
