1. Use of Services

• Our services include online internships, mentor sessions, assignments, evaluations, and verifiable certificates across multiple domains.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or enrolling.
• Unauthorized use of our content, including reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or resale, is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

• All payments for internships, mentor sessions, and programs are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
• Unless otherwise stated, payments are final and non-transferable; refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Any subscription-based services will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. User Conduct

• You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, abuses, or harms the platform, its users, or its infrastructure.
• Any misuse, including unauthorized access, hacking, or attempts to bypass security controls outside of an explicitly authorized engagement, will lead to account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
• Harassment, discrimination, or unlawful conduct toward other users, mentors, or staff is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, assignments, branding, and platform content are owned by SoloSecurities or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission.
• You retain ownership of work you create as part of an internship, but grant SoloSecurities a limited license to display and evaluate it for program purposes.

5. Certificates and Verification

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the relevant program requirements.
• Each certificate has a unique verification ID and may be publicly verified via the platform.
• SoloSecurities reserves the right to revoke certificates issued in error or in cases of fraud, plagiarism, or violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SoloSecurities is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific career, employment, or income outcomes from our programs.

7. Live Session and Recording Access

• Where applicable, recordings of live sessions will be accessible for the period specified at the time of enrollment (typically up to one year).
• After the access period expires, recordings may be revoked without refund.
• Sharing, distributing, or downloading recordings without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access and legal action.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or our community standards.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. To submit a deletion request, please use our Contact Us page at https://www.solosecurities.com/contact and include the email address registered with your account. We will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal, accounting, or regulatory retention obligations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

SoloSecurities may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page.
